I spent 13 years as a Program Manager leading large-scale, high-pressure programs. In that environment, success depended on structure, clarity, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Today, I bring that same professional discipline to my work as a Havening® and NLP Master Practitioner.

Whether I am working with a private client or an institution, my goal is to enable the precision, freedom, and results that let you perform at your best.

Personal Resilience

My move into this field was born from navigating my own significant life challenges, including trauma and grief. I discovered firsthand the profound shift these techniques are.

I now combine that experience with precision to provide the intervention to restore your state of flow.

Clear and Equip

  • Clear and release: Using gentle touch and sensory input, Havening generates delta waves. This creates an electrochemical reaction that changes the brain and body's response to distressing memories and emotional triggers.

  • Equip and empower: I provide you with the tools to lead yourself, supporting a nervous system that is not just calm, but energetic and creative.

Crucially, there is no requirement to talk through the details of an experience. We work with the nervous system's response, and the process is safe, fast and gentle.

What inspires me

Resilience is a skill I test daily. My perspective is shaped by a commitment to pushing boundaries and finding joy in the small things:

The Marathon Mindset: Running the London Marathon taught me that with the right mental tools, we can navigate the most daunting physical and emotional hurdles.

Calculated Risk: From tandem skydiving to charity runs, I value the ability to stay calm and focused when the path gets messy.

Daily Inspiration: My blind cat, Ollie, is a constant reminder that we can navigate the world beautifully, even when the path ahead isn’t clear.
