2. Services
2.1 At Nova Locks Ltd, I use a variety of techniques, including Havening Techniques®, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP®), and Hypnotherapy, to support your personal development and help you feel more positive, balanced, and relaxed. My goal is to help you experience a greater sense of wellbeing. While my services are designed to complement your journey, they’re not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. By participating, you understand and agree to the scope of practice.
2.2 All services are subject to availability, and I may occasionally need to adjust or pause services. If this happens, I’ll always aim to keep you informed and work with you to find the best solution.
2.3 Please note that while I aim to help you achieve meaningful change, results can vary from person to person due to the nature of these services. Testimonials shared on my website reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of specific outcomes. If you have any questions about how my services work, I’d be happy to explain further.
2.4 Through Havening Techniques, the permanence of change can often be felt straight away. If hidden memories resurface, don’t worry- this is a natural part of the process, and I’m here to help you work through them quickly and effectively. You may also notice that you remember more or less about a memory once it no longer causes you distress, which is a positive sign of progress.
2.5 All information provided on the website is intended as general information only and should not be considered medical or psychological advice. Your use of the information, materials, links, or resources is entirely at your own risk and does not establish a professional relationship between us.

3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking a session with me is simple. You can book by following the instructions I provide. Once you’ve booked, I’ll consider it confirmed, and you’ll be deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms.
3.2 A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining payment must be made 48 hours in advance of your session or program unless we’ve agreed otherwise. I accept payments by debit and credit card for your convenience. Please note that prices may change over time, but the price at the time of your booking will always apply.
3.3 If you’d like me to visit you at your premises, I’m happy to accommodate. In this case, the cost will include the session fee, travel time, and travel expenses, which we’ll agree upon in writing beforehand.
3.4 Clients under the age of 18 years old must have a guardian over the age of 18, present at all times.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Your session time is reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all rescheduling requests.
4.2 Please be advised that all session or program payments are non-refundable. This policy is in place to honour our mutual commitment and to secure your spot in this exclusive program.
4.3 Rescheduling: With a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, we will work together to find a new time that works for you.
4.4 Late Changes & Cancellations: Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered a used session and will be charged in full, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reallocated at short notice.
4.5 No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a used session and will be charged in full. This ensures fairness to all clients and respects the time reserved exclusively for you.
4.6 Extenuating Circumstances: While all payments are non-refundable, I understand that life happens. I will work with you to reschedule your sessions in the event of a true emergency.
4.7 To ensure your transformation journey is successful and you maintain momentum on the Transformation Experience Program, all four sessions must be used within four months of the date of your first session. Any sessions not used by this date will be considered forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
4.8 My Cancellations: In rare cases where I need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, I’ll make every effort to give you as much notice as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative.
4.9 I reserve the right to halt, cancel, or refuse services at any time to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of inappropriate behaviour, threats, or persistent lateness.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Your health and safety are my top priorities. By participating in my services, you confirm that you’re able to do so safely.
5.2 If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, I encourage you to consult with a healthcare professional before booking a session.
5.3 During and after a session, I’ll provide guidance to support your wellbeing, but ultimately, your participation is at your own risk. If you have any questions or need clarification, I’m here to help.
6. Liability
6.1 Nova Locks Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
6.2 Liability for any claim arising out of the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.
7. Privacy
7.1 Your privacy matters to me. My Privacy Policy, explains how I collect, use, and protect your personal information. If you’d like to know more, feel free to reach out- I’m happy to answer any questions.
7.2 All client notes are confidential except in exceptional circumstances such as, when needed by the courts or police, or when informed of criminal or illegal activities when there is a legal and moral obligation to share information including notes.
7.3 Data is kept in accordance with UK GDPR requirements (UK General Data Protection Regulation).
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All the content and materials I provide are protected by intellectual property laws. If you’d like to use any of my content, please get in touch to request permission.
8.2 I may also use testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes, but if you’d prefer not to have yours shared, just let me know- I’ll always respect your wishes.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1 I may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how I work or to meet legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on my website, and by continuing to use my services, you’re agreeing to the updated Terms. If you have any questions about changes, I’m always here to clarify.
