1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome to Nova Locks Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are here to help you understand how I work and what to expect when using the services or website. By accessing or using my services, you agree to these Terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I’m always happy to help.

1.2 Nova Locks Ltd operates and provides services according to UK law.

1.3 Nova Locks Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with company number: 16105140.  Registered office address: 1 Bligh's Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1DA.

1.4 Please note these terms and conditions do not preclude your normal UK consumer rights.

2. Services

2.1 At Nova Locks Ltd, I use a variety of techniques, including Havening® and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Services are designed to address a range of wellbeing and performance challenges, from emotional triggers to distressing memories, including but not limited to peak performance, performance blocks, performance under pressure, fears, anxiety, stress, trauma, PTSD, chronic pain and unwanted responses.

While my services are designed to complement your journey, they are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and Nova Locks Ltd does not provide clinical diagnoses, treatment, or assessments. By participating, you acknowledge and accept this scope of practice.

2.2 All services are subject to availability, and I may occasionally need to adjust or pause services. If this happens, I’ll always aim to keep you informed and work with you to find the best solution.

2.3 Please note that while I aim to help you achieve meaningful change, results can vary from person to person due to the nature of these services. Testimonials shared on my website reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of specific outcomes. If you have any questions about how my services work, I’d be happy to explain further.

2.4 Through Havening, changes can often be noticed quickly, and outcomes may vary between individuals. If hidden memories resurface, this can be a natural part of the process, and I’m here to support you in managing them safely. You may also notice that you remember more or less about a memory once it no longer causes you distress, which is a positive sign of progress.

2.5 Havening involves a specific gentle touch (Havening Touch®️). You agree that for remote/online sessions, you will apply this touch to yourself under instruction (arms, hands or face). For in-person sessions, you may choose between Self-Havening or Practitioner-Applied Havening.

2.6 All information provided on the website is intended as general information only and should not be considered medical or psychological advice. Your use of the website alone does not establish a professional relationship.

2.7 If any part of this disclaimer is deemed invalid by a court of law, the remaining parts will still apply.

2.8 By continuing to explore the website, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out.

2.9 Where services are provided via an Organisation Partner, the specific scope of work and confidentiality protocols will be governed by the relevant 'Schedule 1: Statement of Work' in addition to these Terms.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking a session with me is simple. You can book by following the instructions I provide. Once you’ve booked, I’ll consider it confirmed, and you’ll be deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms. Institutional residencies and corporate programs may be subject to a separate written agreement which will supersede these Terms where applicable.

3.2 I accept payments by debit and credit card for your convenience. Please note that prices may change over time, but the price at the time of your booking will always apply.

3.3 For private sessions, if you’d like me to visit you at your premises, I’m happy to accommodate. In this case, the cost will include the session fee, travel time, and travel expenses, which we’ll agree upon in writing beforehand.

3.4 Clients under the age of 18 years old must have a guardian over the age of 18, present at all times.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Your session time is reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all rescheduling requests.

4.2 Please be advised that all session or program payments are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law. This policy is in place to honour our mutual commitment and to secure your spot for this service.

4.3 Rescheduling: With a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, we will work together to find a new time that works for you.

4.4 Late Changes & Cancellations: Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered a used session and will be charged in full, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reallocated at short notice.

4.5 No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a used session and will be charged in full. This ensures fairness to all clients and respects the time reserved exclusively for you.

4.6 Extenuating Circumstances: While all payments are non-refundable, I understand that life happens. I will work with you to reschedule your sessions in the event of a true emergency.

4.7 My Cancellations: In rare cases where I need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, I’ll make every effort to give you as much notice as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative.

4.8 I reserve the right to refuse, discontinue or cancel services where necessary to maintain a safe and professional environment.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Your health and safety are my top priorities. Participation in all sessions is voluntary and at your own risk.

5.2 If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, I encourage you to consult with a healthcare professional before booking a session.

5.3 During and after a session, I’ll provide guidance to support your wellbeing. If you have any questions or need clarification, I’m here to help.

6. Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Locks Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the services.

6.2 Liability for any claim arising out of the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.

7. Privacy

7.1 Your privacy matters to me. My Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your personal information. If you’d like to know more, feel free to reach out, I’m happy to answer any questions.

7.2 All client notes and session details are strictly confidential. Exceptions to this occur only in extraordinary circumstances where I have a legal or professional obligation to disclose information. This includes, but is not limited to: where there is a perceived risk of harm to yourself or others, where disclosure is required by a court of law or the police or where I am made aware of criminal or illegal activities. In such cases, I reserve the right to share relevant information, including session notes, with the appropriate authorities.

7.3 Data is kept in accordance with UK GDPR requirements (UK General Data Protection Regulation).

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All the content and materials I provide are protected by intellectual property laws. If you’d like to use any of my content, please get in touch to request permission.

8.2 I may also use testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes, but if you’d prefer not to have yours shared, just let me know, I’ll always respect your wishes.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 I may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how I work or to meet legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on my website, and by continuing to use my services, you agree to the updated Terms. If you have any questions about changes, I’m always here to clarify.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
