I'm a Performance Coach certified in Havening Techniques®, Hypnotherapy and an Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner™ and get results for clients from anxiety and stress fast.

My journey started with some unexpected life events as my first trauma was experienced early in 2020.  I was stressed, helpless and in despair. My health suffered when further trauma, grief was experienced and I divorced. I found challenges with a tandem skydive for charity (Macmillan Cancer Support) which piqued my interest into the mind and power of the mind. Through Paul McKenna I discovered a relatively new psychosensory therapy, Havening.

Having witnessed the powerful results, I completed training and certified in Havening Techniques, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and signed up for my first marathon. The Brighton marathon (for Breast Cancer Now Charity) was completed despite managing multiple injuries. I'm about to run the 2025 TCS London Marathon for Breast Cancer Now in April.
