2. Services

2.1 Nova Locks Ltd uses services including Havening and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help with personal development, feeling more positive, balanced, relaxed and experience a sense of well-being.

2.2 Services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. By participating you acknowledge and agree to the scope of practice.

2.3 All services are provided subject to availability and reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

2.4 Services provided aim to make the client better on presenting issue however because of nature of services, results cannot be guaranteed.  Testimonials do not provide a guarantee, warranty or prediction of result for any issue.

2.5 Through Havening, the permanence of change can be felt straight away, but you should check back in again if hidden memories resurface so they can be quickly dealt with.

2.6 Sometimes you can remember more or less about a memory through Havening when it no longer distresses you.

2.7 All information on the website is provided as general information only and not medical or psychological advice. Your use or misuse of information and materials (including links and resources) are entirely at your own risk and does not constitute a professional relationship between practitioner and visitor. 

2.8 If any court of law rules that part of the disclaimer is invalid, the disclaimer stands for the remaining parts.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 To book a service, you must follow the booking procedures on our website or as instructed.  

3.2 A telephone booking for appointment will be deemed as confirmation of the client reserving the services.

3.3 Client booking a service will have deemed to have read the terms and conditions of service.

3.4 All payments must be made in advance of the session, unless otherwise agreed. Nova Locks Ltd accept bank transfer and payments by debit or credit cards.

3.5 Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking will be the price at the time of your booking.

3.6 Sessions are online but If Client requests a visit on their own premises, the pricing structure is cost of session, charge per hour to travel to and from site plus travel cost (fee to be agreed in advance of the session in writing). 

3.7 Clients under the age of 18 years old must have a guardian over the age of 18, present at all times.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify us 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

4.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

4.3 Nova Locks Ltd reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances or illness. Reasonable efforts will be made to give adequate prior notice. 

4.4 Nova Locks Ltd reserves the right to halt, cancel or refuse to offer any service at any time for any reason. Examples but not limited to, unacceptable behaviour, threats of violence and lateness.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Your health and safety are of utmost importance. By participating in our services, you confirm you can participate safely.

5.2 If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult with a healthcare professional before participating in services.

5.3 Clients will be deemed to accept responsibility for their own well-being and follow instructions provided during and after session. Use of services is entirely at your own risk.

6. Liability

6.1 Nova Locks Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6.2 Liability for any claim arising out of the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.

7. Privacy

7.1 Nova Locks Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. The Privacy Policy, which can be found on the website [Privacy Policy], explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

7.2 All client notes are confidential except in exceptional circumstances such as, when needed by the courts or police, or when informed of criminal or illegal activities when there is a legal and moral obligation to share information including notes. 

7.3 Data is kept in accordance with UK GDPR requirements (UK General Data Protection Regulation).

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content and materials provided by Nova Locks Ltd are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8.2 Testimonials may be used for marketing and promotion purposes.
